Has anyone attempted this on c43 or is it impossible?

With modifying cars, virtually nothing is impossible, it usually depends on whether or not you're willing to spend the money...

Try asking Olly, iirc he has a C43 and may enlighten you

Will ask olly did ask an pro exhaust place he said its possible but the battery compartment would have to be moved

And I think the spare wheel well will have to be moved/modified. On my C32, I looked into fitting the C55 quad exhaust and the spare wheel well needs to be replaced with one from the 55, to allow the pipe to cross over to the drivers side of the car. I didn't want to faff about with that, but I have seen C32s with a custom, albeit smaller, quad set-up that fits. But, I wanted to stick with the proper AMG oval tips, so I didn't bother in the end.

If i do decide to do it i would stick with amg back box

I very much doubt that would be an easy option but it might be easier if you use AMG tips and weld them to your current back box.

It all depends on where everything is positioned (I don't know much about the underside of a 202) but if you have space it should be ok :thumb:

Here are some examples of the quad conversion on a 210:
