Im looking at options for the front pads on a C63 W204. I see Endless pads are expensive and reviews look good - albeit there aren't many around - particularly on the C63. Anyone got experience with them? Worth the money and what are they like to a daily driver? (low annual miles car)

Hi mate, I have used Endless Pads on my W204, and honestly, the performance is on point, especially for spirited driving. They are just solid. But if it’s for daily use and low mileage, I’d say good OEM pads might be better valued. Endless pads provide a premium feel and are rotor-friendly, but for regular city or light use, they might feel like overkill.

Thanks for the feedback. Every drive is spirited in a W204. Lol. I dont need pads yet, but looking at what around when i do. Cost isnt a factor vs the OEMs. The oems arent exactly cheap either. As long as you dont need to get them hot before they work then im tempted to give them a try. Just dont want weak brakes until the discs are glowing.. know what i mean? Are they OK cold?

Endless brake pads are they made in the US?

There's another great brand for pads Portersfield R4S, this is a street pad combined for street racing.
Very clean rims from dust and very rotor friendly.
This is a US made pad.
There's a UK branch selling these import pads, bought my self a set before Brexit didn't have to pay for any duties.
No it's all sh1te with duties which comes as an added cost.

I read endless are japanese made.
Never heard of portersfield.

One of my friends switched over to Endless pads (ME20) on his GTS (he was tracking it) and reported night and day difference to stock pads (for the better). He also upgraded to the Endless brake fluid. Although he said they are a bit squeaky around town ....

I think i tempted fate.. ahh, i didnt think i needed pads for a while as i just got the c63 507 this week and they had been checked in Nov while it was in for a service - very few miles since then, but i had a brake pads light come on today.... checked the pads (outer sides only) fronts are fine but rear outer pads look close so im a bit annoyed. Are the wear strips on the pads sensitive ? It not on constantly. Wife went shopping and it light wasnt on again. Later in day same thing, light came on again on dash, she picked up the kids 20 mins later and returned to car. Light had gone off. Can they be intermittent when they first trigger on the disc? - when do they come on 3mm left - 4mm? Whether its a sensor or the pads are at limit - the dealer who sold me the car said they will pay so im not too fused but I could be needing rear pads immediately. thanks

Could depend on the pads , I have Akebono carbon ceramic pads all round on my C55 AMG and the front pads have a choice of two holes to insert the sensor. One is (obviously) closer to the disc than the other .

Track or Road I suppose.

Maybe something like this?
