Canary, heater blower motor.

My c207 has developed the dreaded Canary syndrome on my heater blower motor, chirping away, not the end of the world, but bl00dy annoying, been on,
U tube and looks like a relatively easy DIY fix, found a new motor on fleabay, but what puzzles me is a RHD motor is £65.00 and a LHD motor is £22.00 why? They are identical apart from being Right and Left, anyway I will be getting the new motor and fitting it meself.

I have that on Missy, and yes its annoying, I'd be interested to see how easy it is to fix
