Sorry for not updating. Actually the problem was the engine software. The owner before me disabled the Adblue/Bluetec system and the custom software didn't send any electrical current to the glow plugs, so we reinstalled the software and now works perfectly (still kept the adblue disabled because the faulty nox sensors are too expensive).
