Carplay Phone Call Low Volume at Other End

I use an iPhone 11 and the Carplay phone call transmission volume is too at the other end, i.e people can barely hear me.
In Bluetooth mode is better because I can manually increase transmission volume in settings, but Carplay does not seem to have this fix.
