Carplay, what to buy?

I am pretty sure this topic has been beaten to death, but I unfortunately could not get a straight answer.
I want to get Carplay in my W205 and I am seriouly considering an android screen.

I have been looking at DMP car design, the 12.3-inch screen and others like Road Top or ninetom on Amazon.
However, I am not able to get good feedback on those.
I would have considered retrofit, but I find the OEM screen too small.

What would you guys recommend and how has it been in the car, especially with audio quality?

Got a Roadtop Linux screen on my CLS SB (2012), installed myself in about 2 hours with some advice on trim removal and its great - 10.25" size... Roadtop Screen - is 'powered' as such for the Android operating system by the phone itself, so it boots up really quick.

No cutting of any wires inside, so can put it back to stock without any problems, plays through the fire optics on the CLS, probably different on the W205 but I would recommend the brand certainly.
