CD changer compatibility

Hi, What other CD changers can I install directly in my W220 s-class.
I currently have:

MC3198
A 002 820 7989

I think the MC 3010 is compatible with the 3198

Hi, I take it that the 3010 is an older model. Are there any newer models that will fit.

The MC3010 and the MC3198 are both the same, other than the MC3010 is slightly shorter for mounting in the glovebox.

As you have a MC3198, then you will need to keep to the same, as it's D2B. The later ones are MOST and no compatible.
