cd changer e class

my cd changer was working one day come the next turnd it on and no changer put multimeter on the small plug and no power is there any fuses anywhere or inline ones i can look strange it work one day then the next it not work

My cd changer is on the same fuse as the radio, and is in the engine compartment. I have had to remove it recently to "reset" the changer as the sysytem would not see it.
