Changing Boot Up Logo on COMAND NTG 2.5

I have another CLS in with me at the moment which im doing some work on, it has the later (far superior) NTG 2.5 COMAND unit in.

Looking across the internet I have yet to find out how you change the start up logo from the Mercedes-Benz to the AMG logo, I have tried all the usual methods (including the NTG 1 version like my 'HOW TO' video to no avail.

I can access its engineering menu which doesnt have it on either.

2.5 is the one with the SD Card reader at the top

I have a feeling this might need STAR - which I have, Richard/Mark any ideas?

Not seen it anywhere to be honest but then havnt looked for it. If I get time I will hook up my sons car and see what I can find.

I read another thread where a used bricked a Command unit by misconfiguring it. Proceed with extreme caution.

Yes if you pic the wrong logo for your car. Such as a W211 one on a COMAND fitted to a 209. It’s all explained on Killerhertz video for the older unit
