Hi just wondering if anyone has had to weld the chassis on a 86 300se, the front passenger side wheel well has rotted quite badly on mine and the suspension support at the bottom needs welding to, so just wondering if anyone has had the same prob

About to tackle some small bodywork welding on the inner wing of my 74 450SE. I would not feel up to any major work such as the chassis. I think I would feel more confident with having it done professionally.

Remember, if you replace a complete panel you can spot weld as per the OEM.
If you patch a panel it must be seam welded.
If you patch a panel it must be seam welded.
