Judging by the HWA number which begins with 140, they seem to be for a W140 S-class and with an ET47 they are unlikely to fit on anything other than one of them...

You can defo count out an W124....

What offset would be suitable for an E320 W124 out of interest?

I bought some AMG monoblocks a few years back and they didn't fit on the front because of the larger calipers on the 320.
