After some help please...

Last night I drove my C55 for the first time in the dark. My god the xenons are bright, which is good for me! However I was getting flashed a lot and they do seem to light up the opposite side of the road as well as my side and they also seem to be quite high. All in all they work great for me, so is there any easy way to check if the levelling sensor is working properly?

Perhaps the previous owner had switched them over for LHD driving on the continent?

Xenon self-levelling cannot be adjusted by the owner AFAIK.

Hi,
When the lights are turned on the auto-levelling system goes through a test procedure, the headlights should raise to their maximum hieght, then down to their lowest hieght, then back to the hieght the auto levelling systems sets according to the suspension atitude of the car. If your headlights don,t do this it will most probably be a broken sensor linkage on the levelling system at the front or rear suspension.
