Saw a shorter version of this on Oddbox this morning. Have to say I admire his eccentricity and commitment, although as miniature art goes there are far more impressive examples around. But if he manages to achieve his aim of encouraging people to have a greater regard for their environment, that can only be a good thing.
Sits back and waits for someone to ask whether he's being funded by state benefits, and whether he wouldn't be better off removing the stuff rather than painting it...
