I recently posted he idea of getting the E55 done with a wrap like this - in th scheme of things its not silly money ............ and someone posted that it was illeagl in UK

I don't think its illegal. There is a chrome Mini shown outside the Canterbury Mini dealer which I presume is for sale, and also they probably offer the chrome paintwork for cars.

This was the SL Chrome that the guy down my road had.. he owns Sahara Lounge in Stanmore...

This car is the one that one forum member had seen on the back of a tow truck after it had been rear shunted few months back..

Anyway, he has now changed it to an Audi R8 in Black. Bit boring lol!
