CL203 pano roof

I have a c230k coupe with a pan roof, both bliss are open but nothing moves I can just hear a clicking from the button when I try to use it, any ideas where to start looking?

I hope it is not like what happened to mine it would of cost me over £2000 lucky it was under warranty or it would of stayed not working M-B worked on it for 3 days and got the specialist pano roof man in nightmare

Mine would not open when I was pressing the open button the blind was just creasing up and after a couple of try's just got stuck completely. I had only had the car 24hrs they ended up having to take the roof lining out to get to the parts etc. don't bare thinking about not something I would tackle.
