I have a issue with the flaps in the midsection of my exhaust.
Currently makes a metallic sound when opening and closing as if the springs are broken or loose.
I will try to either spray the flaps or put high intensity heat grease on them to see if it makes difference if i can access them.
If that fails, what would happen if I took the flaps off? Would it cause any issue to the engine, turbo or dpf as have found out from the dealers that they do not sell the flaps on its own unfortunately.
Any advice or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
