CLC Seats into a C Class sports coupe

Am i right to assume its a straight swap as pretty much the same car?

Reason i ask is i'd rather the SE half cloth seats (pictured), instead of my full leather.....that's if i can find some second hand for non-silly money!

Why not get a car trimmer to replace the centre panels? It will be much cheaper and you know the seats will fit?
