CLK grill

Anyone know where I can get a replacement grill like the one in my sig? Everywhere I look, I can only find the modded versions with the star in the grill which I don't want. Was trying to avoid the stealership as it could get pricey. Any thoughts? Any idea on a price from stealer?

I think thats an avantgarde one, my dad has one like it on his 430 , don't think they are that much but someone with an EPC would be more help than me ......

Sorry, yes the CLK. As far as I know that grill was common for the Avantgarde, Sport and Elegance, of which this is the latter.

Thats definately an Avantgarde grill on the CLK

As far as I know, there grills were the same on that model. I think on the E class there were different grills for the El or Av. I have seen loads of both Av and El CLKs with the same grill. They could not have all been modded.

All CLKs have that grill, try Mercman I bet they will have one.

I just want the standard grill to replace without paying the earth for it.

Might be able to help - I am after a new grill for my 208 - I want a CL type, with the big Merc Star in tghe grill.

If I can find one, then I could sell you my old one - the car has only done 18k, so the grill is in very good condition.

Any help ?

Also has anyone any ideas where I can get a grill from ?

Check your PM.

The main thing is, my grill is pitted and the black paint behind the chrome is peeling. It has done nearly 100k miles, so no surprise really.

Have you tried ringing the parts dept? The replacement grill is probably about £100ish.
