Am I right in assuming the item below will...
1) fit my 2001 CLK.
2) automatically dim when headlights shine at it.

yes it will fit COUPE only (NOT CONVERTABLES)

email the seller now to ask if he will sell early. I'd offer MAX £50 for it.
