To be fair it doesn't look all that bad and the conversion price will have been more than it's selling for now I imagine! 
Not that I'd consider doing that to my own car of course. I believe it is possible using factory components but I bet this is a wonder of fibreglass (VH-Tuning).

We have had threads on this type of conversion before and from close up pics (one in this thread is a poor pic) the cars looked odd. I hav ein real life seen a conversion of W124 coupe that had a R129 front conversion done and it looked odd as the body lines etc. looked out of place and wrong.
