CLK320 VED. Audio20. Phone.

Hi,

I was looking at a 2005 CLK 320 auto and forgot to look at what character it is for VED, can anyone tell me the cost?

It is fitted with Audio 20 CD Radio. (Option 523) is the slot on the headunit the CD player - as I couldn’t see a unit in the glovebox nor boot.

Telephone pre wired (option 386 - universal) it has a cradle in the armrest, do they require a Viseo unit to connect a phone? Is there a better unit to use to connect an iPhone?

Is it more cost effective to just fit a new head unit with Bluetooth/Nav/ DAB ?
Is the Audio 20 a ‘simpler’ wired unit, ie no fibre optics to worry about, making upgrade much more ‘plug n play’
