Whats going on with the front bumper? looks a terrible fit

Well spotted. Either the bumper or the bonnet is a problem; the lower edge of the grille has a massive gap between it and bumper. It might just need the bonnet adjusting, or it might be a sign of something more serious amiss - a poorly-repaired front end smash, say...

Cheap after market front and back bumpers painted non matching silver to be sure they stand out.
