Greetings all,

Quite new here.

I have a CLS 250 2012, currently has the Pirelli Pzeros, but they have worn too quickly! Quite pathetic, cars has only done 13k on the clock.

I have been looking for alternatives, I have seen some Sport Conti 5s for them, has anyone had any joy with them?

thanks

Also for some odd reason, the rear right tyre, seems to lose pressure over a short period of time, not sure as to the problem here, I have been advised that due to the low profile and the tyre losing tread, this could be a possible issue.

I waa actually considering the pirellis p zeros because of the rating system showing it as a much better tyre than the continental. As for the sport contact 5 I've found it hard to come across the much wider rear tyres but manage to find the front ones, have u come across the rear ones? Decided to try out the Falkens
ZE914 a lot of ppl on here mention Kumho as a very good tyre as well

12k from a set of rears isn't too bad at all.

had conti sport 5's put on the rear of mine in november, 12k ago and still loads of tread left. although mine is only a 220.

Thanks for the replies

I have managed to find the Conti sport 5 for the rear and the front. So will be taking the plunge to put them on.

I will be selling the Pirelli Pzeros!

PM if anyone is interested, the sizes are listed above, they have about 6mm thread

Thanks

How are you getting on the with Contis? Have a similar situation with factory fit p-zeros.

As and option, what would you want for your part-worn set? (can't PM yet as newbie)

Did I read this right I thought that the Perelli's were worn out? I think they new they have 9mm max on them so 6mm is hardly worn out.
