CLS 55 P2500 error

Yesterday I had some work done (Front brakes/Pads/Mounts and thermostat) and at the end of the day I put it on STAR and found 1 STORED fault (P2500 - TRANSMISSION HAS IMPERMISSIBLE TRANSMISSION RATIO).

This then also Tie in with what i have been experiencing recently on the car. When i am moving off from stand still its fairly jerky in changing gears and sometimes as soon as i let go of acceleration, it would change gear (jerks). I thought it was possibly the engine mounts causing the JERK but as this is stil remains after mounts are swaped, I think it is possibly to do with this RATIO error.

I want to check with wealth of knowledge here if this is something to worry about. Had ATF done in December when the oil was still fairly new and there was very minimal wear on the magnet and filter looked newish too but i changed anyway as the car was new to me so i dont think its as simple as ATF change needed (could be wrong). Also there are no other errors (P2502 etc).

Anyone able to shed any light on this please?

Conductor plate or solenoid problem maybe. If it is the conductor plate, change the electrical connector as well whilst the transmission pan is off.
