I have a 2010 CLS 350CDi & the washer jets have over the past few weeks stopped working (apart from a slight dribble). I replaced the pump hoping that would be a quick fix but no luck. I then took the jets off & soaked them in viakal over night & then blew compressed air through them & air passed through. Thinking they were fine I put them back & no difference, just a dribble (there is plenty of pressure at the pipe end so its the jets where the pressure is being lost/blocked). Is the wire attached more than just a heating element to stop icing? Is it possible to drill out the jets to allow more flow?
Any advise to avoid having the pay MB £80 for a pair of jets?
Many thanks
