CLS wrap

How to ruin what is(imho)the best looking car on the road.:wallbash:

Not my cup of tea to be honest. But very interesting watching the process.

every time i see a matt wrap on a car, i cant help making my first association of it to a 4 wheeled wheelie bin..

:dk:

Matt black has had it's day. Don't think this is Matt black, is it?
Good video though..

Maybe it's Matt Bianco... :D Hmmm...Whose side are you on??? :D

Bit like this then...

only thing is when you open the door you see the original color and then it will look awful

seen it before, looks good from a distance but closer inspection it is rubbish. As said you can see the original colour when you open boot, any door, inside filler cap. But worst of all you can see the original colour around the electric mirror glass as its not possible to get the vinyl right in there bar taking it all apart

Also it is impossible to get every single corner, esp the curves ones absolutely spot on, you end up with misaligned edges. It looked awful in my book

Hate matt black wraps. And black wheels.

I saw a newish Audi A6 the other day and thought "God that looks ugly what with the matt black paint and the black wheels". Then I realised it was just filthy - the paint was covered in dirt, the wheels caked in brake dust.

I can't fathom why people spend a lot of money trying to make their car look like it's owned by a tramp.

Look at what my customer made me do to his SLR!
