I saw a newish Audi A6 the other day and thought "God that looks ugly what with the matt black paint and the black wheels". Then I realised it was just filthy - the paint was covered in dirt, the wheels caked in brake dust.

I can't fathom why people spend a lot of money trying to make their car look like it's owned by a tramp.

You know it's getting bad when silver looks properly grubby

Thankfully, I have no shame
