My '07 CLS did a 'thud, thud, thud' stuttering thing when I put my foot down, like something was shutting off. Drove normally straight after. Few repetitions, then limp mode with EML on.
Googled the fault code, which seems to point to a broken wire, but plenty of info suggesting actuator or the turbo itself. New actuator fitted, no change. New turbo fitted, no change. Has anybody actually found a wiring fault that produces this code?

Have a read of this thread from the T’other side forum . More to show about the link between actuator, inlet motor, egr, exhaust back pressure sensor and how faults aren’t always presented accurately by code readers .

Thanks for that. I've passed it on to the mechanic who's got the car. I'm not too bothered that I've forked out for a new turbo...honest!🤣 It'd be nice if it turned out to be something as simple as a swirl flap motor.
