Hello all.
I'm planning to buy 20 inch wheels for my 2016 CLS63s.
I'm looking for the most concave look possible.
I also want the them to align with the wheel arch (avoiding the need for spacers).
But most importantly, I want to avoid any rubbing.
What are the perfect size rims I should get?

Hopefully the photo helps explain.

Many thanks.

Hi,

If you search online for an alloy wheel configurator then you should be able to put in the existing size and calculate the size required for fitting a 20 inch alloy. With regards to the alloy sitting flush with the arch, then some owners with std 19 alloys go with either 10mm fr and 15mm rr or 15mm fr and 20mm rr spacers, so you can add this to get the correct ET.

Thanks. I've been using Willtheyfit.com. The site is great and giving details on how much the new wheels will poke out etc.
Since I'm looking a deep concave wheel, I'd rather avoid spacers and instead get the smallest offset possible.
Would be great to get someones wheel spec that aligns flush with the arch, with no rubbing issues.

If I was you id call wheelmainia Birmingham they will sort everything out for you they did mine for the c63 brilliant set of blokes

Do a search on here as quite a few members switched to 20inch wheels. I remember one had Vossens on his CLS63 so might be worth searching that as well

Thanks. I've spent many hours on the forum searching. Many guys have 11 wide wheels on the rear which I don't want.
Trying to determine if 20x10.5 30et wheels would cause an issue with 295/30/20 ps4s.

Have you tried the US forums as many have switched to 20’s

I have, thanks. I found that many of then go for 11inch wide wheels with 40ish offset. 11 inch ones not so common in the UK. And probably adds to the cost. So that didn't really help.

It was on my 350 but were purchased from a member who had them for his 63. All the specs are listed on the thread, page 4.
