Many thanks to Mark (Alfie) and Richard, the gentlemen at Comand.co.uk - dropped in today to their new pad in Lightwater and got my iPhone 4/Comand compatibility problem sorted out with no bother - new cradle, all installed and working just fine. Nice when you're dealing with people who understand the tech so well! (and to think of the time I wasted trying to get my incompatible SAP handset connected to the new phone....
