Own Mercedes c class 2015 - it has got comand NTG5E

From where and how do I download and how do I do the software / firmware update ?

Also how to put this in engineering mode ?

Firmware updates for NTG5*2 are done via STAR, so it's a job for the dealer (or a specialist with STAR).

Maps update are a free download from MB, but you need to purchase a PIN code which is unique to your VIN. This can be bought from a dealer or from www.comandonline.co.uk.
