Command DVD version 9

Does anybody know what is updated on the new version 9 Command DVD ?

Yeh, theres quite a few on ebay now, its titled as 2007 - 2008.

It seems to have
a) TMC for country 'N' (norway possibly ?)
b) Mapping for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and SLO (don't know whether thats slovakia or slovenia)

My experience of the maps is that very little changes for the UK - either they are adding new countries, or new TMC countries, or supporting new model cars (which is only a printing change !)
