Hi I have Command APS 50 and when I try to set the clock by the service button I can not get anything to happen, is there a reset for it as i have tried the fuse out but it makes no difference.

Thanks

Any one ??????????

Haven't you got a "System" menu in Comand. The time setting should be in there.

Does it not get the time from the GPS satellites? My NTG2.5 does.

The serv button is how it's adjusted. Then time and date

Some do, some don't. The old comand 2.0 in the CLK does but the more modern NTG1 in the SLK does not. You have to set it from the serv menu.

Yep, mine doesn't. It's weird - the time is obviously sync'd to GPS time as it's spot on the second, but the hour doesn't adjust, I have to do it manually.

That's so the car doesn't have to figure out daylight saving time changes and which time zone you're in, both of which are subject to policy change over the years and are not broadcast over GPS.

On mine you can adjust the hours, but the minutes can only be adjusted in blocks of 15 minutes. So it must be picking up the time from GPS.

The Summertime/Wintertime setting is either automatique or manual.
