I've bought an E Class W211 although there is pre wiring for a phone there's just a socket in the arm rest compartment. I'm I better getting a plug in connector off e-bay that will work with all phones or should I go down the parrot route?

I'd like to be able to use my phone for making and receiving calls as well as playing my music collection, Ideally I'd like the track selection etc to come up on my comand screen.

Search the threads on here there are loads about phone cradles and iPod connections

As you have telephone pre-wire it would be silly to ditch it and go with Parrot and possibly loose steering wheel controls. Get a phone specific cradle or one of the many bluetooth pucks.

Which phone do you have?

Have a look at Comand Online Ltd
