Convertibles - roof down & windows up?!

Is it OK to drive around with the roof down but all the windows up?

I sometimes have the heater on blasting into the footwell on a cold but bright day but 99% of the time, no extra air circulation of any sort with the roof down.

Same here, my manual says to turn the air con off when the roof is down , though I must admit to having it on to cool my feet on Sunday when the temp hit 31 down her in sunny Surrey!:cool:
