Cracking noise inside under the dashboard

Hi

I have that horrible noise under dashboard in my Mercedes. Help please, they want to rip all my dashboard apart!
I have just read post from Venture about cross member bolt/bolts being loose, how to find them and where they are? I hate the noise in my w205 inside the dashboard
