Guys, the old boy is fast approaching 80 and wants to out his Avensis(praise da Lord). He finds the A class a bit 'Mumsie' (his words not mine, so no backlashes please) but likes the room and the ease of getting in and out of a B class. He drove a B150 and was very unimpressed with the power. I'm now thinking a B180Cdi or B200CDi maybe more suitable for him, or perhaps a petrol? I'm not really sure of all the engines that were available on the B class so perhaps you knowledgeable folk could help? He has a max budget of £16K, must be auto and have a light, not black or dark grey, interior. He particularly likes Alpaca leather, but would settle for Alpaca cloth or even beige cloth or leather. He doesn't give two hoots about Command or Nav as he can barely work his video, but parking sensors would be a major bonus. (shame they don't do side sensors as well as front and rears)
We are finding it increasingly difficult to find one thats not black or with a light interior. Any pointers on where one with the right spec is available and any advice on the B class as a whole and engines etc would be greatly appreciated. Cheers chaps.
