Daily Telegraph...best time to buy a convertible

It`s official, the main story in yesterdays Daily Telegraph motoring section agrees with me, it is now the best time to acquire a convertible is now to obtain a real bargain, and the CLK is one of the top three to buy.

I partially agree. I once bought a convertible in the autumn and sold it the following summer for the similar money. However, when buying off-peak the choice was more limited so I had to be patient and prepared to travel further to find the right car. If buyers aren't prepared for this they'll pay just as much as if bought in the summer.
