Damaged wheels
Thanks to the current road condition some members may have issues.
I would like to advise members on what can be done to save your wheel and loads of money.
Excluding the normal wheel refurbishment we all know about, here are a few additions you may not know about.
1: Flat spotted wheels can be pressed back out
2: Cracked wheels can have the crack removed and re-welded
3: Broken/ missing hoop or spokes can be replaced
4: Deep dish distorted wheels in alloy or magnesium can be re-rolled.
Few wheels in the right hands are scrap.... wim can help if you have issues with our contacts around the UK, yes we do this at the centre but i have no problems helping members find a solution outside of wim.
