Just over two week's to go before we take delivery of our new E Class Cabriolet. We popped into the dealer today and everything was on track and the car will be built this week.
Anyway, when I was driving home I was thinking about how Mercedes get their cars into the UK so quickly once built. Can anyone tell me how they are imported into the country? Train, Ship?
Secondly, which factory is the E cabriolet built in? Bremen shows the Coupe but I can't find the cabriolet on the build list there.
I've been spending my time watching youtube clips of Mercedes factories and the building process just to pass my time, but now we are close to delivery I want to know the process my cars going through. Sad I know!
