I had this message device unavailable come up on my 2016 GLC when requesting radio looked on forum and lots of info about this som very expensive fixes thought i would share how i got around this at no cost . on the apple i phone bluetooth connected to car i downloaded radio uk app and now when i gget in car i switch on app select media on command system and have all the stations playing through car hi fi i could want others may think this was too obivous to mention but saved me a lot of grief.
