How do i know if my ML320 has a diesel particle filter?

you could ring a merc dealer give them your chassis number parts should be able 2 you from your data card .or you could look at the cat there will be 2 metal pipes coming out of the cat going to a pressure sensor if it has dpf fitted

The vehicle data card will have code 474 on it if it has. Normally they are not fitted to ML320 cdi's but a quick phone call you will know for sure.
