Dipsticks

Morning all. I have been looking for a dipstick for the gear box and was wondering if the same dipstick could be used to check engine oil or would i require a separate one.
I know the engine oil is checked by the cars computers but being a bit of a technophobe i prefer to check it with the good old MK1 eye ball.

As far as I'm aware they are very different beasts.

Try the Sealey website for the correct tool.

The ATF dipstick is available on ebay for around £7
