Does anyone know how to disassemble an injector, and clean it?
Any links to drawings or pictures?
is it possible to by nozzles, where ?
number on injector 6130700587, i found a partnumber on a rep. set 0000700188, does this exist as a spare part?

Leave it to the experts is my advice. They have the test equipment etc.

Do you mean disemble the injector or remove it from the engine.?

Normally they can be cleaned with injector cleaner whilst still in operation, if it needs more work then you could try removing it, fitting a pressure fed system of cleaning fluid to the inlet (something like a garden sprayer) and operating the solenoid valve by applying power to the terminals. It does work.
Alternatively take it to a Bosch diesel agent for overhaul.

.
......587 is originally from OM613.
It is different, than .......687, which is from 220cdi.
220cdi has originally more power/cyl.

Everything can be done.
Here you find some parts.

What is your problem ?
With nozzle-test you can find out, if there is something wrong.

Thanks for good replys
The injector was leaking, but i changed the copper gasket and there is no leak anymore. I thought it would be better to open the injector to clean it, on the inside aswell.
I added redex today so it might be better, but i still have som black smoke if i bottom the pedal, but i suppose its normal on the cdi?

yes it is, a little black smoke on heavy acceleration is normal.
