This car is seriously unsafe:

But it's not a car it's a quadricycle, so doesn't fall under any crash testing rules.
There are ones that fully conform to rules and are tested and pass Ncap tests, such as the Axiam Mega City and the Think ranges.

The G-Wiz is a pretty poor example of an electric vehicle for many reasons.
