Thats a cigy burn,its leather,the top lacquer has melted,a light sanding,some aqua filler, base pigment and top pigment and some finish lacquer ,jobs done,contact Gliptone and they will supply you a repair kit.I did fortyish repairs like this a week when I worked for a leather furniture company.
A trim repair company such as chips away will charge £30-£50 to sort something like that.
