Ah okay, For some reason I thought it was just the Norwich branch they sold , but I presume from your comment it was all of the Mercedes dealerships .

Yes they divested themselves of all their Mercedes operations which equated to almost 50% of their turnover. Not sure why though, it seems a big chunk of your business to sell off. Maybe something to do with the latest emissions requirements

Nothing to do with that [emoji23] there’s nobody young in the family taking over, I think we will see them gradually selling off the business as people wind down

Yes, as others have said the price is a bit strong for a pre-facelift car and I always worry about a car with a random tyre selection. An indication as to the mind set of the previous owner. Auto Devotion have a reasonably good reputation.....which you pay for!
Anywhere east of Norwich really is the Far East! Do you know where the nearest motorway is to Lowestoft?

That's a shame. I used them for 15 years or so and always found them to honest and genuine, would never do anything unless it was necessary and often told me I could delay having work done.

I assume you work in Norwich. Steve Scott? used to be the service manager at BSE then moved to the VAG side in Norwich, a nicer and more genuine guy you couldn't meet.

We’re still the same people, so the service should be just as good

Steve is great, he’s a technician in our workshop here
