Does anyone have experience of their car having no signal over 3G/4G so unable to use the Mercedes Me app? My car (EQC) is usually parked in my garage and I haven't been able to get Mercedes Me to work, it worked the day I got it (Monday) but not since then. I went for a 15 minute drive on Tuesday but the app was still showing Monday as the last time it was able to communicate with the car.
Would installing WiFi in the garage and connecting to it solve this or does it only work over the mobile network connection?
