Hi there
I am new to the forum , My E220 220K on odometer is driving fine , BUT i have oil in water expansion tank and oil leak underneath , oil in engine is fine no water mixed with it, no overheating.

at 60 mph it shakes and kind rumble an tremble ;-) but after 5-10 min its stops and drives smooth.

Now auto gearbox 2-3rd and 3-4 I think revs before it engage to gear .

had it checked with star no faults to report apart from some sensors the indy dismissed to be the cause .

help please ;-) I may sell if to expensive to fix I love this car.

As I had no answer I took it to my mate who happened to be an Indy , he flushed the cooling system , and its fine , he said could be someone mistaking the water expansion tank for oil one as its black ;-) the gearbox had service its has improved the running as the third gear not slipping as much , work fine on tiptonic .
the vibration at 60Mph was the brakes changed brake calliper (cillender not retracting properly ) all done thanks to Mike.
