E220 CDi (Timing Belt)

Hi !

I have a 2000 E220CDi and since i purchased it 2 years ago i have done 22,000 miles. the clock now reads 84,052 miles.iv only given it an oil change every 6 months and thats all. What concerns me is the timing belt - does anybody know how often the belt needs to be changed on these cars?

Would it not need any other servicing in 2 yrs and 22,000 miles, apart from an oil change?

Did you simply not bother with the B service that the car called for in Sept 05?
